Elsie’s Egg Rolls: From Trailer to Table

How Elsie’s Egg Rolls Began

How Elsie’s Egg Rolls Began

Elsie’s Egg Rolls started as a simple food trailer with a big dream—bringing homemade Filipino food to the community. I wanted to share the flavors I grew up with, so in 2014, I rolled my first lumpia and served it fresh to customers. From local markets to major events like Formula 1 at Circuit of the Americas, our little food trailer kept moving, serving up meals made with care.

After years of hard work and support from our amazing customers, Elsie’s Egg Rolls found a home at 525 Chris Kelley Blvd STE 100A, Hutto, TX. While we now have a permanent location, one thing hasn’t changed—every dish is still prepared and cooked by me, just like when we first started. Our recipes remain the same, bringing the same great flavors from our food trailer days.
