About Us

We are a small family-owned business. Our eggrolls (lumpia) are rolled with love and care, taking some time to prepare. We welcome all to visit and try our cooking. We are proud of what we create and serve! Elsie's Eggrolls started as a food trailer serving Filipino classics. The trailer has been in all around the greater Austin area, working in events such as F1 at the Circuit of the Americas. Our founder Elsie happily served since her first food truck. She now runs her own restaurant! All of our entrees are prepared and cooked by Elsie. She has been in charge of every dish that has made it to a plate since 2014. The recipe has been unchanged since the transition to our restaurant location.
